Welcome to the companion blog of EZ Landlord Forms. EZ Landlord Forms provides landlords with lease agreements and other necessary and preferred forms, making the job of the landlord so much easier. I am truly excited to be writing the inaugural post of this blog, which I created last night. It took several hours to find the image above, but I was very thrilled when I did. (I love theme hunting!) I wanted a theme that conveyed the message of relaxation and calm to express how EZ Landlord Forms really can make the life of the landlord easier.
Let me introduce myself, by the way, since we’ll hopefully be carrying on many conversations. I’m Denise from the marketing department of EZ Landlord Forms.
I can’t wait for you to see all the wonderful things I have in store for you! I hope to create THE “Go-To Blog” for landlords, property managers and real estate owners who may be considering becoming a landlord. I also plan to create a resource for prospective tenants at EZ Landlord. so be sure to add EZ Landlord to your bookmarked sites.
Since this is my first blog post and you might want to get to know me, I decided I’d share some things that have occurred to me lately. For one thing, I have been wondering why I love marketing so much. (I was selling Grit newspapers door-to-door in our neighborhood when I was 8-years-old, which now has you close to guessing my age, if you are even old enough to REMEMBER Grit!)
After pondering this question I realized that mainly it’s because of one of the greatest perks to marketing. You get to see definitive, definable results of your efforts. What satisfaction that brings to see those stats and figures go up, up, up!
I also like the challenge internet marketing poses, testing my ability to move up the ladder of search engines and gain traffic through quality content and lots of networking.
Which means I will do my very best to make sure everything posted here–even the links in the sidebar–will be informative and helpful to landlords, prospective tenants, real estate owners, and others who want to stay abreast of the landlord and property management industry. I’ll be posting links to news, websites and articles of interest.
My main goal is to make the life of the landlord easier, while helping the general public understand the pitfalls and trials of being a landlord, along with the rewards. And contrary to the myth, the rewards of being a landlord are not just monetary.
Like internet marketing, a landlord can see the results of their efforts; in the satisfaction of ownership, in the repairs made to a property, in the smiles on the faces of new tenants when they sign the lease agreement–and in the landlord’s financial picture if they do business right. (In my book right equals honest and fair.)
A good landlord feels rewarded by providing a comfortable, attractive and safe home for his/her tenants. On the flip side of the coin, a good tenant abides by the terms of the lease. He/she also cleans up after themselves.
